"I did my first real estate closing with Anna about five years ago and quickly switched my recommended attorney for all real estate closings for my clients to her. Anna is very thorough, responsive, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction."
"I would like to thank you again for such a stress-free, smooth closing. You handled everything so well it almost seemed effortless from my end. It was nice to work with you and I'll call you when I sell the condo."
"Over the past few years, the Law Offices of Anna Shilov Sterk have handled a variety of legal matters for us including the purchase and sale of a Chicago condo as well as the purchase of a single family home. They have been handled pleasantly and with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. We live in another state so knowing that this work would be done well and in a timely manner has been very important. We have every confidence in Anna and will continue to use her services for IL legal work, and will not hesitate to recommend her."
